What is the Delivery Duration?
The estimated delivery time is 4 weeks after the order is placed. However, the duration varries according to the delivery address and complexity of the outfit.
2. What will be the Shipping Charges?
For all orders within India, delivery is free for purchases above ₹5000. Orders below ₹5000 will incur standard delivery charges.
For international shipping, the charges will be based on standard delivery rates, which vary depending on the destination and package weight. You will be informed of the exact charges at checkout.
We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL, FedEx and UPS.
3. Are there any Taxes and/or Dutie Charges?
For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
4. What if the Outfit is not delivered in committed time?
The delivery time starts once the order is confirmed.
We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
We accept cash and bank transfers. International customers can transfer by Remitly, Western Union, or Wise. The transfer charges will be paid by the customer.
The Bank Details will be provided once the order is confirmed.
